About PCP's Leader
Brandi Blake is a dedicated practitioner, advocate, and consultant with a deep-rooted commitment to equity, social impact, and community empowerment. Her data-driven and relatable facilitation approach makes her an industry standout.
Brandi’s professional experience spans from higher education to K–12 education to nonprofit; both large and small organizations. She has held impactful roles at institutions including Coker University, where she helped launch the Center for Diversity, Interfaith, and Inclusion Education, and George Mason University, where she served as Associate Director for the Center for Leadership and Intercultural Engagement. In this role, she provided critical support to student and staff populations of various backgrounds and cultures while advancing equity and belonging initiatives campus-wide.
Most recently, Brandi served as an Inaugural Executive Director for Intercultural Development at the second largest school district in South Carolina, overseeing district-wide diversity, equity, and social impact strategies across nearly 90 schools. Her work has been recognized by the Charleston Regional Business Journal's Forty Under 40, South Carolina State University's Forty Under 40, and the Best and Brightest Under 35 awards, to name a few, for her leadership and community contributions.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business from South Carolina State University and a Master’s degree in Professional Counseling and Higher Education from the University of West Georgia. Her journey into education and advocacy began during her collegiate years, where active involvement in campus life inspired a career in student development and organizational change.
She also holds a CDE (Certified Diversity Executive) Certification and is a trained Qualified Administrator for the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI). She is also a trained facilitator for National Coalition Building Institute or NCBI.
She has delivered keynotes and served on a host of panels for numerous causes and organizations. Brandi is considered a 'Person to Watch' in several professional spaces and a proud millennial leader who is blazing trails in her community - making an impact for the generations that follow.
